To bring this to life, we conducted user research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for enhancing the MyApp experience. Through conceptualized and prototyped designs, we created a more intuitive and engaging app journey—seamlessly integrating pathways to new products and services. Additionally, we reached out to potential small business partners, shaping ad experiences that feel organic rather than promotional.
